MAKLEVEL SKIM COAT

Maklevel Skim Coat is a polymer cement based smoothing compound designed to provide a smooth, permanent finish to a variety of internal substrates prior to the installation of floor covering such as vinyl, carpet, ceramic and marble tiles.

Recommended Uses

• Apply Maklevel Skim Coat over rough concrete to create a fine smooth finish
• Filling minor gouges, void holes, ridges and cracks in concrete
• Smooth out imperfections on surfaces such as timber, ceramic tiles, terrazzo and quarry tiles
• Embossing filler over vinyl, sheets and tiles
• Skim coat over tiles prior to application of floor covering such as vinyl
• Eliminates flooring installation issues associated with delamination of weak frail surfaces
• Maklevel Skim Coat eliminates flooring installation problems such as debonding, crumbling, mildew and staining
• Can be applied feather edge to 5mm
